Is your home in sole or joint names? If joint, who with?(Required)

Do you have a mortgage/borrowing secured on your home?(Required)

What is the value of your home?(Required)

Do you own any other property or land? If yes, please provide the value and details of ownership and any mortgage.

Now we need to know about your assets and trusts

Do you have any agricultural assets? If yes please provide details.

Please give details of your assets including valuable personal effects, savings accounts, shareholdings, life policies and other investments.(Required)

Are you the beneficiary of a Trust or have you set up any trusts yourself? If Yes, please give details.

We also need to know about your funeral plans
