Caroline joined the firm in March 2025 as an Associate Solicitor. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and specialised in Contentious Probate on her training contract and has practised in the area since qualification.

Caroline completed her training contract in Manchester. On qualification, she moved across to Yorkshire and has since worked for Yorkshire based firms and has also worked at the University of Law in Leeds lecturing on the LLB and postgraduate courses.

Caroline works with Stacie Hurt and Michelle Hitch dealing with disputes relating to Wills, Trusts and Estates. This includes acting for executors, administrators and beneficiaries in claims relating to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Will validity challenges, TOLATA and proprietary estoppel claims and the removal of executors and trustees.

Outside work, Caroline enjoys going walking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
