Our Values Award
Our values are not just hyperbole, they are lived and breathed by our team every single day, and to bolster this, we reward our team for demonstrating their commitment to our values. We do this by inviting nominations for who our team feel has demonstrated a commitment, and delivered upon, our values. Nominations must make it clear how that individual has adhered to our values and the best nomination wins our monthly values award and a £50 gift voucher and the coveted desk trophy. We don’t stop there though, because the person who makes the best nomination also gets a little gift to say thank you for recognising the talents and commitments of others.
